These terms govern your use of entrashop.com (the “Site”), operated by an individual developer under the name Entrashop (“Entrashop”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What Entrashop is
Entrashop is a directory of online stores and brands. We do not sell products. Purchases are made with the store, under its prices, shipping, returns, and policies. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the store’s products, service, or content.
2. Listings and selection
We select and describe stores, including any “Entrashop Pick” labels. Listings and Trending reflect editorial judgment and click activity on the Site. They are not endorsements or guarantees. Prices, stock, and store details can change without notice. We may add, change, or remove a listing at any time. Placements on the Site are not for sale. Trending cannot be bought.
3. Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Links may include parameters such as utm_source=entrashop. A commission does not decide whether a store is listed or how it ranks.
4. Advertising
We may show ads from Google AdSense. How that uses data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts
You can sign in with your email or username and a password. You are responsible for keeping that password safe. You may ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend an account that misuses the Site.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe and confirm, we send email about stores. You can unsubscribe in any email or in email preferences. The newsletter may be off.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or copy the Site at scale, use bots or other means to inflate clicks or rankings, try to break or bypass security, or use the Site for anything unlawful. We may ignore automated traffic.
8. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and code belong to their owners. Store names, logos, and images belong to their owners and are used to identify those stores. If you own something on the Site and want it changed or removed, email [email protected].
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Entrashop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from your dealings with a listed store. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including statutory consumer rights where you live.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including cookies.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
